For some ladies in Karamoja, Uganda, the goats are the primary property they have ever possessed. Men were from the outset impervious to see the height of ladies’ status, however this has changed. Longoli Paska, from Napak, says: ‘I am blissful to have goats. It used to be just men in my family who possessed creatures. The undertaking has empowered me to send two of my little girls to class. I trust my little girls will have an alternate life to mine. I didn’t go to class myself.’ Logiela John, Longoli’s significant other, says: ‘When we get more milk we will search for a market and use it to purchase more nourishment for the youngsters’.
