Wingham, Kent

Seymour House, a four-bed home dating from the 16th century, is seven miles from Canterbury. Refaced in brick in the 18th century, it looks unremarkable from the front but its back entrance, from the large rear garden, reveals a timber-framed interior. A studio annexe on the lower ground floor has a bedroom/sitting room, kitchen and shower room. It is accessed either by its separate entrance or via a staircase inside the main house.
